How will I know when my order has been delivered?

You can follow your order several ways:
1. Through the website under the “My Account”.
2. You can also contact customer service During business hours with your order number and we can keep you updated on order status.
3. In addition we send email when order is delivered to its destination after 24 hours

What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a “Thank You” page, your order will get status “hold” until final confirmation from your credit card company, or status “paid” if you paid by PayPal. once we get final confirmation, the status will be changed to “Paid”  and your order will be handled according to your requested date.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received.

Can I send flowers to a hotel?

We’ll happily accept orders requiring delivery to a hotel, however, when placing your order please ensure you have included the full address of the hotel, telephone number, the recipients room number (if known).

Please note that orders will be delivered to the hotel reception, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery.

Can you deliver flowers in same day delivery ?

Yes, we deliver in same day flower delivery in most parts of the country,
Each order entered into the system until 12:00 pm  we can do it the same day. If you would like to place an order for same day and passed 12:00 ,it is necessary to ask for approval of customer service.

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Delivery by our florists can occur any time during their daily opening hours of 10:00 am to 20:00 pm.
If you want to delivery within a specific hours, you can contact customer service , and only they can approve the request.
Delivery workplaces will be made during the business day , until 17:00,
except for special requests approved by customer service.

There will be no Guaranty for time delivery during Friday’s and Holiday’s time.

What happens if the recipient is not at home when the delivery is made?

If no one is at home when we attempt delivery, your gift will either be left with a neighbor or, a safe place at the recipients address. Alternatively, your gift may be returned to the florists shop. The florists will leave a calling card for the recipient to advise them of the action taken, the whereabouts of the gift or the shops contact name and telephone number. When contacted by the recipient, our member florist will arrange re-delivery at a mutually agreed time.

Can I send my order anonymously?

Yes – you can send an anonymous.
Your recipient will not receive any information on the reservation except the information is written in the greeting card order form.
Therefore, if the card statement does not include your name, the recipient would have no way to know who sent the flowers.
If your recipient asks for information on who sent the gift,
We do not give information without your permission.

on the other hand, recipient who will refuse to accept anonymous delivery, the order will return to our store, and no refund will be apply to your account. anonymous orders are on your own risk!

Can I send flowers to a work/business address?

Yes – For deliveries to work or business addresses, please ensure you include the company name and full address of the recipient.
